Use the foot rasp #20 for important calluses and the foot buffer # 11 if less.

If you have thin brittle nails you need the file # 1.
If you have good medium nails, use the file # 2.

The file #3 is a great file for that application, it is thin and flexible, it allows you to go under the nail.

Diamancel files are totally washable and sanitizable.

After each use, you must wash the files with a soft soapy brush and rinse, and then to disinfect soak files in a medical grade solution. Be sure to observe the soaking time specified by the manufacturer without exceeding it. Then rinse with water and dry.

You have to be careful not to overlap the files on top of each other so as not
to scratch the ink on the back of the files.

Our cut-free foot rasp # 20 was created to replace the blade. The coarse diamond
grit of this foot file will safely sand off thick dry calluses.

The Diamancel files are made to last and we appreciate how well you’ve taken care of them.

That said, while the files are built for durability, they aren’t guaranteed to perform like new forever.

There’s no formal recourse or replacement program, but we hope the quality and lifespan you experienced reflect the value we aim to deliver.
