Diamancel is really very attentive to its quality. And that is why, for the last 30 years, the number of product returns has been almost non-existent. However, if you should receive a defective or damaged product, you can return it by following these simple rules:

• Within 7 days of receipt
• In its original packaging with the purchase invoice
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item ordered has been deemed defective by our quality department.

No article used or not, will be reimbursed, as well as its shipping costs, on a change of opinion of the customer because it is a beauty and hygiene product.
