Shipping Policy
The order will be prepared as soon as possible after acceptance and confirmation of your payment. The delivery time may vary between 2-5 business days.
Diamancel cannot garantee this delay since this is related to postal services. Delivery times are purely indicative and any delivery delays are not entitled to the buyer to claim damages.
In case of return, due to a bad address entered by mistake on your part of the order online, or an oversight recovery of your package, you will repay transportation costs for returning your order.
Despite all the efforts and all the precautions taken when handling and packaging of our products, you must notify Diamancel within 48 hours of receiving the product, if it reaches you in good condition. After this period, we will not be liable for any such product.
In the unfortunate event that you received a product that does not match your order, Diamancel will ship the right product and resume the nonconforming no shipping.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them to us as specified in our return policy goods to exchange. The customer must pay the shipping costs to return the product and receive product that replaces the old one.
Diamancel must receive full payment for products ordered before delivery.

Inventory
Our inventory is updated automatically in real time. Should an error occur and that a product was not available, we would notify you promptly. It will be possible to replace the product with another product or get a refund. The usual replenishment time is 10 to 20 working days, but can vary depending on suppliers.
Coupons or gift certificate
To use a coupon or gift certificate, you must add one or more items to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, go to your cart using the “basket” link at the top right of the site. At the bottom of this page you will find the options to enter your code and get your discount. Gift certificates are not refundable.

We accept payments via the secure platform Paypal, but also directly through our secure website by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Price
Only PayPal is used for payment orders on this page. Payments must necessarily pass through our secure PayPal page. You can either pay through your PayPal account, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Products
The shapes and colors of the products artisanal in nature may vary slightly from one product to another, depending on the shooting conditions. We strive that they are as representative as possible.
